On May 6, Ding Ruirong, Vice President of Jiangsu Province Hardware Products Industry Association and Chairman of Hoprio Holdings, led the group's senior management team to visit and exchange insights at the Nanjing Jiangbei New Area Cross-Border E-commerce Industrial Park. The delegation included General Managers Zhang Aibing, Jixiang Qin, Zhou Qilin, and others, focusing their discussions on in-depth research into cross-border e-commerce ecosystem development and the business needs of enterprise growth.

Dai Hui, Deputy General Manager of Jiangbei New Area Science and Investment Company, warmly welcomed the professional team, collaborating with Gao Yang, Director of the Special Office, as well as representatives from key member units of the Provincial Hardware Association—Wang Haidan, General Manager of Wei Chi Digital Technology; Xu Jun, Deputy General Manager of Kongjian Yijie Network Technology—and Liu Shibiao, General Manager of Aita Biotechnology, along with Gu, Secretary-General of the Association, to jointly participate in the discussion.

Both sides exchanged ideas on park entry policies, the combined advantages of the dual zones, and the cross-border service system. They conducted on-site visits to the product selection center and the overseas expansion service center, thoroughly discussing key areas such as overseas warehouse deployment, international logistics, compliant operations, and localized team-building—providing practical insights for traditional manufacturing enterprises undergoing digital transformation.

Ding Ruirong introduced the company's basic information, as well as the purpose and aspirations behind their visit to the park. After more than a decade of research and development, Hoprio has established robust technological barriers through 435 patented innovations, developing five independent power platforms. Notably, its groundbreaking achievements—such as the non-large-electrolytic-capacitor technology—have reached internationally leading levels. By empowering four key industry sectors—industrial control, smart home appliances, environmental protection equipment, and high-end tools—Hoprio’s product portfolio now spans over 20 specialized segments, including intelligent bathroom solutions, new-energy equipment, and precision manufacturing devices. This strategic alignment has fostered strong synergies with industry leaders like CRRC, Sany Heavy Industry, and Leo Group, driving continuous growth in domestic market sales.
Guided by the "Dual Circulation" strategy, Hoprio plans to build a digital talent pool for global expansion. The focus will be on attracting elite teams with versatile capabilities, including cross-border operations, technology localization, and international compliance certifications, to accelerate the global translation of "Made in China" smart manufacturing technologies and drive the deeper integration of variable-frequency technology into areas such as smart home solutions and green energy applications.

Dai Hui stated that the Jiangbei New Area, leveraging the policy advantages of the "dual zone synergy" (combining a national-level new area with a free trade pilot zone), is providing enterprises with end-to-end support—ranging from export tax rebates to AI-driven product selection—through specialized funds like the Jiangsu Suhao Zhanchuang Fund and digital tools such as the "Hui Kuajing" smart service platform. This initiative aims to accelerate the deep integration of "cross-border e-commerce" with local industrial clusters. Meanwhile, the industrial parks remain focused on consolidating industry resources, optimizing their service ecosystems, and fostering collaborative policy innovation, all with the goal of driving high-quality, outward-oriented economic growth in the region via the emerging cross-border e-commerce model.

Dai Hui stated that the Xinko Cross-Border E-commerce Industrial Park leverages the strengths of four major industrial clusters—high-end manufacturing, integrated circuits, life sciences and healthcare, as well as chemicals and fragrance/cosmetic ingredients—to integrate resources from the Yangtze River Delta region, thereby fostering a distinctive competitive edge. The park has established a "product selection center" that precisely matches supply chains with market demands, attracting more than 40 cross-border e-commerce enterprises so far. In 2024, the park is expected to achieve cross-border e-commerce trade volume exceeding 1 billion yuan. The park offers a comprehensive "one-stop" service system, covering everything from setting up stores on global mainstream platforms and providing operational training, to building independent websites, designing overseas logistics solutions, and offering compliance guidance. This integrated support system significantly lowers the barriers for businesses looking to expand internationally, helping brands accelerate their global expansion strategies. Looking ahead, the park plans to assist 300 manufacturing companies, integrated industry-and-trade enterprises, and traditional foreign trade businesses in completing their cross-border e-commerce transformation within three years, ultimately forming a large-scale industrial cluster. In the long term, the park aims to capitalize on the institutional innovation advantages of the free trade pilot zone, exploring a "cross-border e-commerce + partnership" model to create an international exchange platform. This initiative will not only drive synergistic development across industrial clusters in the Yangtze River Delta region but also extend its influence nationwide, fostering collaborative growth across China's broader industrial landscape.

Haidan and Liu Shibiao shared their experiences and insights on helping enterprises establish themselves in the park and expand overseas, emphasizing the thoughtful services and deep care provided by the park's science and investment leaders to resident companies. These efforts have effectively fostered the seamless integration of technology-driven innovation with cross-border services, strengthened resource connections between companies and the park, and deepened the convergence of science and industry—ultimately supporting Nanjing in becoming a leading hub for cultivating new-quality productivity and ensuring the healthy growth of businesses.

Ding Ruirong stated that this visit to the park was highly rewarding, particularly because General Manager Dai's insights into building industrial ecosystems closely aligned with Hoprio Holdings' development needs. Changzhou, as a national hub for the motor industry, has successfully established seven collaborative innovation alliances under the guidance of the municipal government. Hoprio will fully leverage its role as a leading enterprise to take the lead in settling into the Yangtze River Delta Smart Manufacturing Demonstration Park. Additionally, by organizing on-site visits for upstream and downstream companies within the industry chain and deepening cooperation between academia, research, and industry, Hoprio aims to accelerate the formation of a robust motor industry cluster. This initiative not only helps cross-border e-commerce businesses build more competitive supply chain systems but also injects fresh momentum into the high-quality overseas expansion of the industry through the integrated "three-chain convergence" of industry, innovation, and service chains.

Through this in-depth collaboration, both parties have reached a strategic consensus in areas such as technology expansion overseas, service innovation, and supply chain synergy, and look forward to establishing a more robust cooperation mechanism to contribute to the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce industrial parks.
