Jiangsu Huapin has pioneered high-voltage (AC) busbar drive control technology that eliminates the need for electrolytic capacitors. Featuring a self-developed, low-level driving algorithm and a compact, space-efficient design, this solution boasts an exceptionally long lifespan and is well-suited for a wide range of challenging operating environments. Importantly, it doesn’t require a PFC correction circuit, yet still achieves a power factor of over 92%. The system leverages high-power single-tube IGBTs, ensuring robust performance against voltage surges, seamless load startup, and reliable operation even under generator-driven conditions.

HuaPin breaks through global inverter technology barriers, independently developing a proprietary underlying library-driven algorithm and seamless BLDC square-wave control—achievingZero-speed start, load-torque startup, reverse-wind start, and electronic braking, completely replacing brushed motors and outdated induction motors.
Zero-Current and Zero-Feedback Current Vector Control
HuaPin's globally recognized, zero-impact FOC current vector algorithm can simultaneously control asynchronous variable-frequency motors, permanent-magnet synchronous motors, and switched-reluctance motors.
