Jiangsu Huapin has broken through global barriers in variable-frequency technology, pioneering bus-based motor drive control technology that eliminates the need for electrolytic capacitors. The company has also independently developed a low-level, proprietary library of drive algorithms, enabling capacitor-free and sensorless drive capabilities. In 2015, Huapin introduced its groundbreaking 1.0 technology, which utilized a square-wave algorithm to precisely control BLDC brushless motors. Fast forward to 2025, and Huapin’s technology has advanced to the 2.0 era, now leveraging FOC vector algorithms capable of managing asynchronous variable-frequency motors, permanent-magnet synchronous motors, and switched-reluctance motors. This innovation delivers features like zero-speed startup, load-torque-based start-up, and reverse-wind operation—effectively replacing traditional brushed motors as well as inefficient induction motors.

Electrically Controlled Drive

HuaPin has pioneered busbar motor drive technology featuring an electrolyte-capacitor-free design, achieving a drive efficiency of ≥97%. This innovative solution includes a PFC correction circuit that boosts the power factor up to 92%, while significantly reducing both size and weight. As a result, product lifespan and reliability are dramatically enhanced. The driver is engineered to operate reliably even in high-temperature industrial environments, maintaining peak performance under overload conditions—delivering higher efficiency, lower operating temperature rise, and ultimately cutting system costs while promoting environmental sustainability. The electrolyte-capacitor-free approach makes it ideal for industrial applications demanding exceptional reliability and minimal maintenance, while also minimizing the use of electrolytic materials. This aligns seamlessly with increasingly stringent environmental and safety regulations.

Power Platform

HuaPin has established high-speed motor platforms (10,000–30,000 RPM), medium-speed motor platforms (4,500–12,000 RPM), and low-speed motor platforms (1,000–3,000 RPM), covering a power range of 300–8,000 W. These platforms are ideal for a wide variety of applications, including power tools, fluid power and industrial equipment, as well as household appliances.
